- Receive, register and distribute incoming design revisions, models, and drawing packages from consultants and architects.
- Maintain the master GFC (Positive for Construction) drawing register and ensure only the latest approved drawings are issued to the site team.
- Stamp obsolete drawings as "SUPERSEDED" and archive them to prevent site execution errors.
- Organize and maintain As-Built drawings, trade shop drawings, and design variations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Log and track the status of RFIs (Requests for Information), Technical Queries (TQs) and Design Change Notices (DCNs).
- Manage document transmittals for consultant submissions, material sample approvals, and mock-up reviews.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely review and approval of design documents.
- Monitor drawing revisions and approval status to ensure design deliverables are issued as per the project construction schedule.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
