We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for a 3-month program offering direct interaction with the leadership team and activities aligning with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Participate in leadership discussions on HR and business matters
- Assist in HR policy and process development
- Coordinate with teams to resolve people-related issues
Must-Have Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong dedication and ownership
- Effective problem-solving ability
Eligibility
- Pursuing/recently completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
