We are looking for a detail-oriented Student Visa Processing Executives to support our student visa operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, managing student data, and coordinating with the back office head to ensure smooth processing of student study visa applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit university applications, verify documents, track application status, and update student records.
- Check academic transcripts, passports, financial documents, SOPs, LORs, English test scores, and ensure document completeness.
- Assist with visa documentation, review forms, schedule appointments, maintain visa checklists, and coordinate with counsellors.
- Track University offers, communicate offer conditions, assist students in accepting offers, and monitor deadlines.
- Ensure applications comply with university and immigration requirements, maintain data accuracy, and follow regulatory guidelines.
- Manage workflow, allocate applications, coordinate between counsellors and processing teams, and monitor turnaround times.
- Maintain student records in CRM systems, update application stages,



generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with university admission teams, follow up on applications, and resolve admission-related queries.
- Process application fees, tuition deposits, refunds, invoices, and maintain payment records.
- Audit application files, identify errors, ensure process compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain and manage Google Sheets efficiently
- Solid email drafting and professional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail in documentation and data entry
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Experience Requirement

- Experienced candidates who have handled the above-mentioned activities will be given priority
- Similar field Experience is plus
