AutoCAD Draftsman – Interiors (2D Production Drawings)

We design and execute residential interiors in Bengaluru — modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, false ceiling and civil finishing work.

About the role

You sit with our designers, understand what has been designed for the client, and convert it into accurate 2D working and production drawings in AutoCAD — drawings our factory can directly manufacture from and our site team can execute from.

If you are an AutoCAD draughtsman or draftsman who understands how modular furniture is actually built — panel sizes, joinery, hardware — this role is for you.

What you will do

- Sit with the designer to understand the client's approved design and site conditions
- Prepare 2D production drawings for the factory — plans, elevations, sections, panel details, joinery details, hardware and shutter details
- Prepare working drawings for site — false ceiling, electrical points, plumbing points, flooring, dimensions
- Make sure every drawing is dimensionally correct and buildable before it goes to production
- Update drawings when the design or site measurement changes, and maintain proper revision control
- General 2D drafting, documentation and costing sheet support for the design and projects team

What we need

- 2–5 years of experience in 2D AutoCAD drafting for interiors, modular furniture, or furniture manufacturing




- Strong AutoCAD 2D skills — this is the core of the job
- Practical understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe construction: carcass, panel sizes, shutters, joinery, hardware, standard board sizes
- Ability to take a designer's concept and turn it into a manufacturable drawing without hand-holding
- Accuracy and attention to detail. A wrong dimension in your drawing becomes a wrong panel in the factory.
- Qualification: ITI Draughtsman, Diploma in Interior Design / Civil / Mechanical, or B.Arch / B.Des. Strong AutoCAD experience without a formal degree is also fine.

Positive to have

- SketchUp or 3D basics
- Experience working with a modular factory or carpentry unit

Draftsman → Senior Draftsman → Design & Technical Lead, with scope to move into design or project management depending on where your strength lies.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
