About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic business environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing job postings and managing recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to learn and understand different business environments.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
