Role Overview:

- We’re seeking an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, vendor payments, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain day‑to‑day accounting entries in Tally
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Process vendor payments and manage supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers
- Coordinate with project teams for billing & cost tracking
- Ensure GST, TDS & company policy compliance
- Maintain proper records for audits & internal checks





Requirements:

- B.Com / Finance graduate
- 2–4 years’ accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally & Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation
- Solid communication & multitasking skills
- Preferred experience in construction/engineering/project‑based companies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
