Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Chennai (Field Work)

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience

- Freshers to 3 years of experience.
- Experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, or Electronic Security Systems is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend customer service calls at client locations.
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain Fire Alarm and Electronic Security Systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and testing.
- Prepare service reports after each visit.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain positive customer relations.

Required Skills

- Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
- Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
