The Quality Assurance Executive at Hindustan Fasteners is responsible for ensuring that all products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications across every stage of manufacturing. The role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished fasteners, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks. The executive works closely with production teams across processes such as forging, threading, heat treatment, and finishing to identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities also include maintaining quality documentation, inspection reports,



and calibration records, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring adherence to ISO and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives, reducing rejection rates, enhancing product reliability, and maintaining consistent quality to meet customer expectations and strengthen the company’s reputation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
