Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Operations

- Coordinate the timely dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Ensure accurate loading and dispatch of materials as per approved orders.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory & Documentation

- Maintain dispatch registers and shipment records.
- Verify dispatch quantities with invoices and stock records.
- Coordinate with the Store and Production departments to ensure product availability.
- Maintain proper documentation for all dispatch-related activities.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch MIS reports.
- Update dispatch status and delivery reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Monitor pending dispatches and ensure timely closure.

Compliance & Process Management

- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and documentation standards.
- Verify vehicle details, loading records, and dispatch checklists before shipment.
- Maintain proper filing and record management for audit purposes.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience in dispatch and logistics operations.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and report preparation.
- Good understanding of dispatch documentation, invoicing, e-way bills, and logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Dispatch Department.
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Other Requirements

- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good coordination skills with transporters and internal departments.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG, Namkeen Snacks, or Food Manufacturing and proficiency in MS Excel and dispatch documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
