We are hiring for BIM Manager, with 8 to 12 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
2. Creation and maintenance of the software Template files to assure standards.
3. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
4. Internal Training: Provide Revit Fundamental and Intermediate training to staff Conduct internal continuing education Revit training sessions.
5. Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training support project standards coordination with customers.
6. Assist on project work - modelling and detailing.
7. Assist project teams in BIM project setup.
8. Create Revit families in response to project needs.
9. Help resolve BIM design issues.

Qualifications Required :
1. Degree holder minimum 8 to 12 years of experience on BIM.
2. Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project sheet setup.
3. Robust written and verbal communication skills.
4.



Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
5. Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
6. Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
7. Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM.
8. Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
