About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you love connecting with people, building relationships, and are driven by targets, this role is for you!

This position begins with a 2-month intensive training program featuring lucrative performance incentives and transitions to full-time employment upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, connect with, and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and professional networks.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our solutions and value propositions.
- Pitch products/services effectively and guide potential leads through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance targets and sales milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience:



0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect and talk with people easily.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Technical Setup: A reliable laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.

Program Structure & Benefits
