We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Engineer who will work with our customers to ensure that they are successful in using our products, with the overall aim of reducing their problems. This position involves a excellent deal of communication with Sri Anand Technologiesâs high-end customers, via visiting their location, email, phone and on screen sharing tools. It will be vital that the person filling the position be an excellent communicator and problem-solver.
This position is located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
Skills
- Excellent spoken and written Hindi and English.
- Outstanding people skills and diplomacy
- Ability to manage several different situations and customers on any given day
- Hindi Typing will be a Bonus

- Atleast 6 Months of experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
