Role PurposeThe Field Supervisor is responsible for day‑to‑day execution and monitoring of palm plantation activities at the village and farm level. The role ensures correct plantation practices, continuous farmer support, and accurate field reporting, acting as the first line of execution and feedback for the project.

3. Seed / Seedling Distribution Support

4. Field Monitoring & Data Collection

5. Coordination & Reporting

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong coordination skills
- Good rapport‑building ability with farmers
- Willingness to travel within assigned villages
- Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets




- Local language proficiency (mandatory)
- Should have two Wheeler & its Licence

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field (preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in:
- Agricultural field work
- Plantation projects
- Rural or farmer‑based assignments
- Freshers with robust field exposure may be considered.
