Key Responsibilties

Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and rate analyses for PHE and Fire Fighting systems at design and tender stage. Review MEP design drawings and specifications to assess scope, identify gaps, and provide cost input during design development. Manage the complete tendering process for MEP packages — floating enquiries, evaluating vendor bids, preparing comparative statements, and recommending awards. Handle post-contract cost management including progress billing, variation order assessment, claims evaluation, and final account settlement for PHE/FF subcontractors.



Carry out value engineering exercises on MEP systems in coordination with design engineers to optimise cost without compromising performance or compliance. Monitor and report cost performance against budget throughout the project lifecycle — flagging overruns early and proposing corrective measures. Liaise with project managers, site engineers, MEP consultants, and client representatives to ensure commercial alignment at all project stages. Maintain accurate cost records, MIS reports, and documentation in a structured, audit-ready manner.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
