We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to join our operations team and support international logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to coordinate international shipments, manage logistics operations, and ensure timely movement of cargo. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding, import/export documentation, shipment tracking, and coordination with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents. This role requires working in the night shift to support our international clients and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate international import and export shipments by air, ocean, and road.
- Communicate with carriers, freight partners, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other required documents.
- Track shipments and provide proactive status updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, and Incoterms.
- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate bookings with shipping lines and airlines.
- Resolve shipment delays, exceptions,



and customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal logistics systems.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients and logistics partners while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping.
- Strong understanding of import/export processes, freight documentation, and Incoterms.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and freight forwarding or logistics software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling US or international freight operations.
- Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, and multimodal transportation.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.




- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
