Job Title: Villa Operations Supervisor

Location: Kochi

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Villa Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of two premium villas. The Supervisor will ensure excellent guest experiences, maximize occupancy, coordinate housekeeping, and maintain the property to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Booking & Revenue Management

Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.

Update availability and pricing.

Maximize occupancy and revenue.

Handle guest enquiries and reservations.

Guest Management

Coordinate guest check-in and check-out.

Welcome guests and explain villa facilities.

Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.

Maintain guest satisfaction with a target rating above 4.8/5.

Operations

Supervise the housekeeping staff.

Coordinate laundry services.

Ensure villas are cleaned and ready before guest arrival.

Maintain linen, toiletries, and consumable inventory.

Property Maintenance

Conduct daily property inspections.

Coordinate repairs with electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

Administration

Maintain booking and expense records.





Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Verify invoices from vendors.

Control operating expenses.

Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, homestays, serviced apartments, or Airbnb operations.

Skills Required

Excellent communication in Malayalam and English.

Knowledge of Airbnb and online booking platforms.

Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp).

Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.

Honest, organized, and able to work independently.

Salary: As per industry standard

Performance bonus based on occupancy, guest ratings, and cost control.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Occupancy above 60%.

Average guest rating above 4.8/5.

Response time to guest enquiries within 15 minutes.

Villas ready before every check-in.

Monthly operating expenses within approved budget.

Zero major guest complaints due to operational issues.

Accurate monthly financial and booking reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
