Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
- Answer questions about the company, products, and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and build rapport with prospects.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, if necessary.
- Maintain an accurate database of customer information and call records.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
- Comply with telemarketing regulations and guidelines.





Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
