We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance of our manufacturing plant and ensure smooth operation of all machinery and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out motor fault finding, motor replacement, and alignment of motors, pulleys, and couplings.
- Operate and use maintenance tools such as grinders, welding machines, drilling machines, and other workshop equipment.
- Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the factory.
- Minimize machine downtime and implement measures to reduce maintenance costs.




- Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), PLC-controlled systems, and electrical control panels.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, power factor correction (APFC) panels, compressors, pumps, and other utilities.
- Have working knowledge of steam boilers, steam distribution systems, valves, and related equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and ensure timely procurement of critical spares.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and valuable maintenance practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
