As part of the department:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our innovative digital education solution (Edlevo), a complete school management system built for everyone in the Nordic Education system from guardians, teachers, students, and school management to decision-makers.

Edlevo serves 200+ customers and 1.5 million daily users through a modern, enterprise-scale SaaS platform. Our 200+ professionals across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and India work as one global product team, building innovative solutions that power education. The India team is a strategic partner, contributing across product, engineering,



operations, and architecture, with ownership throughout the entire value stream.

Your role, key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain EdTech products as part of a cross-functional Agile development team, collaborating closely with global teams.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and well-structured software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and the adoption of software development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure software solutions comply with security, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify and recommend product, process, and technology improvements wherever feasible.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

Your profile and mandatory skill set :

- 4-7 years of professional experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.




- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of related web technologies such as WCF and ASP.NET MVC.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design principles, and development best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- The ability to understand the broader business and technical context while delivering effective solutions.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
- Practical knowledge of the AI tools such as GitHub Copilot
