Why This Role Exists

At Neulife, our biggest operational challenge is ensuring the right product is available at the right place, at the right time — without locking excess capital in inventory.

This role exists to build a high-precision supply chain engine that connects:

- Demand (D2C, Amazon, Offline)
- Production (multiple contract manufacturers)
- Inventory (across warehouses)

This is a strategic + execution hybrid role. You will act as the central control tower of the business.

What You Will Own

1. Demand → Supply Translation

- Convert sales data into accurate SKU-level forecasts
- Plan inventory requirements across all channels

2. Production Planning

- Build rolling production plans (4–8 weeks)
- Coordinate with multiple factories
- Ensure RM/PM readiness before production

3. Inventory Control

- Maintain optimal stock levels (RM, PM, FG)
- Prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Track expiry and slow-moving inventory

4. Procurement Alignment





- Drive procurement based on production plans
- Ensure vendors meet timelines and quality standards

5. Multi-Warehouse Management

- Allocate stock across warehouses and channels
- Plan transfers and replenishment

6. Data & Visibility

- Build dashboards for:
- Stock levels
- Days of inventory (DOH)
- Stock-out risks
- Create a single source of truth

- High product availability across channels
- Minimal stockouts on key SKUs
- Controlled inventory levels (no dead stock)

- Smooth execution of production plans

- Strong analytical thinking (data-driven decisions)

- Ability to manage complexity across vendors & warehouses
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid execution
