Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace accounts and drop-shipping operations. The role requires hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, marketplace operations, catalogue/listing management, inventory coordination, account health monitoring, and day-to-day execution across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Noon, Carrefour, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including orders, listings, inventory, pricing, account health, and daily issue resolutions.
- Manage Amazon FBA / FBM processes, including shipment planning, replenishment coordination, and fulfilment tracking.
- Oversee drop-shipping operations, including order flow, supplier coordination, shipment tracking, and exception handling.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock availability, replenishment planning, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and monitor account health metrics such as ODR, cancellation rates, late cancellation rates, and related KPIs.
- Handle buyer-seller communication, customer issues, returns, RTOs, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams,



courier partners, and delivery providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain strong SLA adherence across marketplace accounts.
- Conduct marketplace and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for better visibility and performance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of core experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace account management, or customer service–driven marketplace roles.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing listings, cataloguing, inventory, and account health across one or more marketplaces.
- Good understanding of marketplace policies, compliance requirements, and operational workflows.

Required Skills

- Command on Excel, including reporting, data tracking, and operational analysis.
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
