Key Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural drawings and submission drawings in AutoCAD.

* Handle building plan approvals through UPOBPAS and FASTPAS portals.

* Process applications and coordinate approvals through Nivesh Mitra.

* Liaise with government authorities and consultants for statutory approvals.

* Prepare and submit documents required for various departmental NOCs.

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with applicable building bye-laws and regulations.

* Maintain records of submissions, approvals, and project documentation.

* Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely approvals.

Required Knowledge & Experience

The candidate should have practical experience in obtaining and coordinating approvals from departments such as:

* Municipal Authorities / Development Authorities

* Fire Department (Fire NOC)

* Pollution Control Board

* National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)

* Airport Authority (where applicable)

* Electricity Department

* Water & Sewerage Authorities





* Any other statutory or regulatory authority relevant to building approvals

Technical Skills

* Proficient in AutoCAD

* Working knowledge of UPOBPAS Portal

* Working knowledge of FASTPAS Portal

* Working knowledge of Nivesh Mitra

* Good understanding of the Uttar Pradesh Building Bye-laws and approval procedures

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desired Candidate Profile

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and liaisoning.

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Robust communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet submission deadlines.

* Knowledge of government approval processes and documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
