About the Role

(i) Preparation and implementation of Standard operating procedure
(ii) Developing & implementing Quality control policies and standard testing procedure
(iii) Developing & implementing Quality Assurance policies and standard inspection procedure
(iv) Overseeing day to day testing and inspection of Quality control & Quality Assurance operation
(v) Implement and maintaining Quality Management System
(vi) Attending customer complain and preparing investigation report of complain
(vii) To develop & Monitor corrective measures against deviation
(viii) Assessing operational data & identifying quality problems
(viv) Ensuring safety procedure and processes
(x) Developing & Implementing departmental training program

Requirements

1) Key Skill:

(i) Well-versed with applicable standard

(ii)



Hands on experience in wet analysis as well as instrumental analysis

(iii) Exposure of XRF

(iv) Analytical skill

(v) Problem solving skill

2) Work Experience Min 10 years of experience in the analysis of Ferro alloys in wet & instrumental analysis

3) Educational Qualification M.sc/B.sc in Chemistry
