Job Overview

We are hiring candidates with 1 year of sales or customer handling experience who are passionate, self-motivated, and eager to grow in their career.

This is a lead-based role (no cold calling, no field work) where you will interact with interested customers and convert them into successful deals. The role is structured, rewarding, and offers excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle company-provided leads (inbound queries)
- Communicate with customers via calls & WhatsApp
- Explain services in a simple and clear manner
- Follow up and convert leads into customers
- Maintain basic records of conversations
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management




- Graduate or MBA preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic understanding of phone & WhatsApp usage
