Job Description for Process QC engineer:
1. Incoming Material Inspection
2. Fabrication & Welding Quality Control
3. Dimensional Inspection
4. Surface Finish & Mechanical Finish Inspection
5. Testing & Validation
Witness and Record:
a. Hydrostatic Testing
b. Pneumatic Testing
c. Leak Testing
d. Vacuum Testing
e. DP Testing (Dye Penetrant Test)
f. Programme Logic Testing
6. Documentation & Quality Records
7. Code & Standard Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as:
a. ASME Section VIII
b. ASME BPE
c. BS 4825
d. ISO 9001
e. GMP
f. Customer specifications and approved drawings
8. Customer & Third-Party Inspection Coordination
Qualification: BE (Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience: 1-3 Years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
