- Develop and implement QA/QC plans and protocols.
- Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and reports.
- Provide training and support to site personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related matters.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Qualified certification in QA/QC or equivalent is preferred.




- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
