Position: Senior Node Developer

We are seeking a Senior Node Developer to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex and high-performance web applications using Node.js. You will also work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable and reliable solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Node.js
- Design and implement server-side API services and database schemas
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize and improve application performance through code refactoring and optimization techniques
- Work closely with product managers and designers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Follow and contribute to development best practices, including code reviews and unit testing
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions




- Mentor and guide junior developers in implementing best practices and improving their skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing large-scale applications using Node.js
- Strong understanding of web application design and development concepts
- Extensive experience working with database systems such as MongoDB or MySQL
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
