Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and articulate Customer Support Associates to join our Domestic Voice team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer queries, resolve issues effectively, and deliver a high-quality customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls regarding product queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns while maintaining process guidelines.
- Maintain professional and transparent communication with callers at all times.
- Log all call details, customer feedback, and ticket updates accurately in the CRM database.
- Meet key performance metrics (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Quality Scores, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum HSC Pass (12th) / Undergraduates / Graduates are welcome.




- Language Skills: Good English verbal communication along with fluency in [Insert Local/Regional Language, e.g., Hindi/Tamil/Marathi].
- Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working in 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts).
- Weekly Off: Rotational Offs (1 or 2 days per week depending on process schedule).
- Skills: Strong active listening, problem-solving mindset, basic computer literacy, and ability to handle customer queries calmly under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
