Job Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare cutting patterns as per design, size chart, and measurements
- Make drawings/markings for multiple sizes at the same time on fabric with minimal wastage
- Lay fabric in layers properly to avoid wastage
- Do accurate cutting using straight knife / round knife
- Ensure minimum fabric wastage and correct utilization
- Match cutting with production requirements and dispatch deadlines
- Maintain consistency in size, shape, and quality across batches
- Handle school uniform fabrics like cotton, poly-cotton, blends, etc.
- Keep cutting area clean, organized, and safe

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust knowledge of patterns, sizes, and measurements
- Ability to mark and cut multiple sizes together
- Good understanding of fabric behavior and grain
- Ability to plan cutting to reduce fabric wastage
- Should be disciplined, accurate, and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
