Job Description – Lead Generation Executive (LGE)

Position: Lead Generation Executive (LGE)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Shift: US Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound cold calling.
- Engage with prospects to identify business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Handle B2B campaigns such as BANT, MQL, and other lead qualification campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead Generation Executive (LGE) in the B2B domain.
- Hands-on experience dialing BANT and MQL campaigns is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Strong objection handling and probing skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
