We are looking for a passionate and skilled Special Educator to join our team in Kolkata. This opportunity is best suited for professionals who are interested in strengthening inclusive education through training, content development, and program support.

Role Overview

In this role, you will work closely with the internal psychology and program teams to enhance the quality and effectiveness of ongoing initiatives. This position does not involve direct one-on-one work with Children with Special Needs (CWSN); instead, it focuses on empowering Special Educators (SEs) through structured training and resource development.

You will play a key role in designing training programs, developing learning materials, and supporting educators in building and implementing well-structured Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). A strong understanding of IEP frameworks and intervention strategies is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for Special Educators (SEs)
- Create and refine training content, modules, and resource materials
- Work collaboratively with internal teams on content and program development
- Guide educators on effective IEP creation and implementation practices
- Review IEPs and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency
- Support continuous enhancement of training approaches and materials
- Maintain documentation, reports,



and knowledge resources
- Leverage digital platforms for coordination, delivery, and tracking

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (RCI certification preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in training, content development, or special education
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and intervention methodologies
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is an advantage
- Familiarity with PRASHAST or similar tools is a plus
- Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, technology-enabled environment

Requirements

- Laptop with stable internet connectivity (mandatory)
- Strong writing and content development abilities
- Ability to manage sessions, coordination, and reporting independently
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive work approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
