We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy AI Operations & Client Coordination Intern to support our daily client operations and internal team communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, organizing tasks, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.

The intern will play a key role in managing client communication, maintaining operational workflows, and using AI-powered tools to prepare professional documentation and meeting summaries.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and send reminders and confirmations.
- Follow up on pending tasks, documents, approvals, and payments.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and documents using AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Maintain trackers, schedules, and operational records.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth project coordination.

Requirements

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.




- Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

We're Looking for Someone Who

- Is 21–25 years old.
- Is based in Zirakpur (Mohali), preferably within 5 km of Zirakpur.
- Has their own laptop.
- Has strong spoken and written English skills.
