Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven UGC Video Script Writer / Creative Strategist to create high-converting video ad scripts for D2C brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UGC content, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), and Direct Response Marketing. Freshers with exceptional creativity and a passion for advertising are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging and conversion-focused UGC video ad scripts.
- Develop storyboards for video advertisements.
- Understand client briefs and convert them into creative ad concepts.
- Attend client discussions whenever required to understand campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with internal production and post-production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UGC content, social media, and performance marketing.




- Contribute creative ideas that improve ad performance and conversions.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in content writing, script writing, advertising, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong creative skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of UGC Ads and Performance Marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience writing UGC ad scripts.
- Knowledge of D2C marketing.
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook advertising.
- Experience in video production or creative content is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be based in Mumbai.
- Must be available for full-time employment.
- Should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Passion for digital marketing and advertising.

Work Schedule

- Work Type: Work From Home (Hybrid in the future)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
