Swicar Technology is a Mumbai-based vehicle intelligence company with 14+ years of telematics operations, 350,000+ vehicle owners and coverage across 16,000+ PIN codes. Our portfolio spans smart vehicle technology, autofinTELL (post-disbursement portfolio intelligence for NBFCs and vehicle lenders) and vehicLENS (inventory, fleet and test-drive fleet visibility for dealerships and automotive platforms).

The role
Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will:

- Own the NBFC and vehicle-lender pipeline — identify targets, open doors, run meetings, close
- Build the reseller and channel-partner network from the ground up: distributors, aggregators, dealer networks, platform partners
- Develop deep command of the product portfolio and articulate value by customer segment
- Build and own the go-to-market plan across B2B,



B2C and B2B2C motions
- Hire and lead a sales team as traction builds

You should have

- 6–10 years in business development, account management or relationship management
- Experience in banking, NBFC, insurance or financial services distribution, Telco .
- Strong conversational English; credibility with senior institutional stakeholders
- Mumbai base and willingness to travel within India
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment

Good to have
Exposure to vehicle finance, auto loans, used-car retail or telematics; prior experience building a channel network; experience mentoring junior team members.

Pay: ₹14,056.51 - ₹58,307.66 per month
