IT Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support & Data Management Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will assist in providing technical support, managing data, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth IT operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop and technical support to internal users.

Assist in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (hardware & software).

Manage and organize data in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Handle data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.

Perform database updates and assist with SQL queries under supervision.

Maintain regular data backups and ensure data recovery procedures are followed.

Manage cloud storage tools such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Create simple reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI.

Support HR/Admin teams in maintaining employee and operational data.

Collaborate with team members to resolve IT and data-related issues promptly.

Required Skills:

MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas,



data sorting/filtering)

Basic SQL knowledge (Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Join)

File and Data Management

Basic Networking and Hardware Troubleshooting

Valuable Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

Attention to Detail and Time Management

Familiarity with cloud storage tools (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Diploma or certification in IT support or data management is an added advantage.

Candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
