Qualification

- Post Graduation in Conservation Architecture

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant qualified experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review conservation and heritage architecture proposals.
- Develop architectural conservation frameworks for heritage and special regulation areas.
- Support preparation of Master Plans with heritage-sensitive planning approaches.
- Coordinate with urban planners, architects, government authorities, and stakeholders on conservation-related works.
- Conduct heritage assessments, documentation, and conservation studies.
- Ensure compliance with architectural conservation guidelines and heritage regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and conservation recommendations.

Mandatory Requirements





- Candidate should have been involved in:
- Architectural conservation,
- Framing special architectural regulations for heritage areas,
- And related works,

for at least one Master Plan in the last 5 years.

Kannada Speaking Preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of heritage conservation practices and urban regulations
- Experience in heritage precinct planning and restoration concepts
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary planning teams
