- Welcome customers and provide personalised assistance throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maximising customer satisfaction.
- Explain product features, gold purity, diamond quality, pricing, making charges, and exchange policies.
- Generate accurate invoices and ensure proper documentation for all sales transactions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchange requests professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and current collections to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Guide and mentor junior sales executives on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Candidates from the gold industry preferred or any other similar industry
