SWIFT HIRE LLC is seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with a US Staffing/Recruitment company and a strong understanding of recruiting across US Staffing and International Process functions. This role requires someone who can identify, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across US Staffing and International Process hiring.
- Recruit for roles including US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, Business Development Executives (BDEs), Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Team Leads, HR, Operations, and other business support functions.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, Boolean Search, and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and recruitment metrics.

Key Requirements:-

- 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience,



preferably with a US Staffing or Recruitment company.
- Proven experience hiring for US Staffing roles (US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, BDEs, Account Managers, etc.) and International Process positions.
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean Search, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, recruitment reporting, and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
