Key ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain infrastructure, assets, and learning resources.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and statutory requirements.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and supervise trainers, placement staff, mobilizers, and administrative personnel.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Conduct team meetings and ensure effective coordination among departments.

Training & Quality Assurance

- Monitor training quality and ensure adherence to curriculum and learning standards.
- Ensure timely completion of batches, assessments, certifications, and documentation.
- Review trainer performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Student & Placement Management

- Oversee student enrolment, attendance, retention,



and grievance handling.
- Coordinate placement activities with employers and industry partners.
- Track placement outcomes and post-placement support.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, corporate partners, educational institutions, and local stakeholders.
- Represent the organization during inspections, audits, and review meetings.
- Coordinate with project teams and head office for operational support.

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain accurate student, training, and placement records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
