Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive – RVM CAD will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process by promoting RVM CAD solutions. The role involves engaging with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams to deliver suitable CAD-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, digital platforms, and inbound inquiries.
- Identify customer requirements and introduce appropriate RVM CAD solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the field sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with CAD, engineering, and sales teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.




- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging business opportunities.
- Track customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, or lead generation, preferably in CAD, engineering software, automation, machinery, or technical solution sales.
- Basic understanding of CAD solutions and technical sales concepts is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
