Core Job Responsibilities

- HVAC Maintenance: Service central air conditioning plants, split units, AHUs, and exhaust systems.
- OT & ICU Standards: Maintain strict air purity, pressure gradients, and HEPA filter standards in operation theatres and isolation wards.
- Medical Cold Storage: Upkeep mortuary refrigerators, vaccine/blood storage deep freezers, and pharmacy cold rooms.
- Breakdown Handling: Attend emergency fault calls promptly to avoid temperature spikes in sensitive medical zones.
- Compliance Logs:



Record routine checks to satisfy healthcare accreditation standards like NABH.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on facility or commercial HVAC experience (hospital background preferred).
- Skills: Gas charging, electrical troubleshooting, brazing, reading schematic drawings, and safety protocol adherence.
