About the Role

Derrick Jones Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and agile HR Associate to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction, confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS records.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Requirements





- MBA in Human Resources.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
