- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and current vendors.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for engineering and manufacturing materials.
- Source quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining company quality standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Track material availability to support uninterrupted production.
- Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers and improve procurement efficiency.
- Work closely with production, stores, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Monitor procurement costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of vendor development and supplier sourcing.
- Good understanding of the local supplier market and manufacturing ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in Purchase Order (PO) management and procurement planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and prioritize procurement activities.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.28 - ₹55,000.74 per month
