Position: Site Supervisor (Electrical)

Project Locations:

- Delhi – 3 Positions
- Agra (Uttar Pradesh) – 1 Position
- Pratapnagar (Gujarat) – 1 Position

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure timely execution of work.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and utilization of materials at site.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist during inspections, testing, commissioning, and handing over of the project.

Eligibility

- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction/EPC projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.




- Ability to read electrical drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned project location.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
- Food & Accommodation provided by the company (where applicable)
- Travel Allowance as per company policy

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of cable laying, conduit work, panel installation, lighting systems, earthing, and electrical testing.
- Experience in Railway, Industrial, Commercial, or Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
