We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage outlet-wise data, reporting and business analysis for our growing QSR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for management.
- Track outlet-wise sales, orders, revenue, discounts, cancellations, ratings & growth.
- Analyse online platform performance.
- Monitor outlet KPIs, food cost, wastage, inventory and operational performance.
- Identify trends, variances and performance gaps and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with Outlet & Zone Managers to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers and management reports.
- Support management with data-driven analysis for business decisions.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of MIS/reporting experience, preferably in QSR, restaurant, FMCG or retail.
- Solid MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, etc.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP / Power BI will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
