Designation :Service Coordinator (UTS)

Scope:

The position is responsible for managing end-to-end Repair Memo (RM) and commercial support activities, including quotation preparation, AMC enquiries, interdepartmental coordination, Zoho ticket management, invoicing, and payment follow-ups,



ensuring smooth service operations and timely customer support.

Job Profile:

1. Manage Main RM (Repair Memo) and sub-task creation.

2. Prepare and submit qualified quotations.

3. Generate AMC enquiries.

4. Coordinate with Purchase, PI, R&D;, and external vendors.

5. Follow up on outstanding commercial UTS matters.

6. Confirm invoice preparation upon task completion and manage payment follow-ups.

7. Maintain and update Zoho tickets.

Job requirements:

1. Graduate from any stream (technical prefered)

2. At least 2 years experience in the support service industry.

3. Awareness and execution for customer satisfaction

4. Advanced verbal and communication skills

5. Experience of working with technical teams to resolve customer issues

6. Handling Email communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
