What This Role Is

Not a call centre, not a script, and not a room full of desks. You work from home, full time, with a telephone and a calendar of households who asked to talk about what a widow or widower would be left managing.

The day runs at a steady clip: appointments back to back, notes between them, and applications chased until they move. Someone who wants a slow, low volume day will find the tempo wrong. You are trained, mentored, and supported by advisors who take these calls themselves. What you earn is decided by what you produce.

Day to Day

- Run a full slate of appointments, mapping each household's income and dependents.

- Keep calls moving without rushing the person on the other end.

- Shortlist a few suitable arrangements and say why others were left out.

- Reconnect with families who paused, answering whatever question stopped them before.

- Keep files accurate so teammates can cover your households while you rest.

- Bring one conversation to weekly training and let the group pull it apart.

Qualifications

- You can sustain a busy calling day and still sound present.





- You slow a conversation down when someone becomes anxious about the subject.

- You explain well, so a non expert leaves the call understanding you.

- You accept that several conversations usually precede any household decision.

- You are available full time, including evenings when partners are both home.

- You want honest measurement rather than effort nobody ever looks at.
