Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a results-driven production professional with hands-on experience in leather footwear manufacturing, particularly in safety shoe operations.
- Oversee daily production operations for leather footwear
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and QA
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce production bottlenecks
- Lead and mentor shop-floor teams to achieve performance goals
Key Requirements:
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Footwear Technology, Leather Technology, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2–8 years in leather footwear manufacturing
- Proven experience in leather footwear production (factory or brand-side)
- Solid understanding of cutting, stitching, lasting processes
Other Skills
- Ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency
- Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset
