Position: Sales Trainer

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct induction and ongoing training programs for current and existing sales employees.  Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication, negotiation, and customer handling.  Assess training needs through performance analysis and feedback.  Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and evaluation tools.  Monitor trainee progress and measure training effectiveness.  Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance.  Work closely with sales managers to identify skill gaps and recommend development plans.  Maintain training records and prepare training reports.  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.



 Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales techniques.  Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Ability to motivate and engage teams through interactive learning methods.
