Position: Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts department. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and general accounting records.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries accurately.
- Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and maintain statutory records.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock records with stores and production departments.
- Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable reports and follow up on outstanding balances.




- Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for routine banking transactions and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and financial documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. M.Com will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, inventory accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
